In a city with explosive population growth and many newcomers, “What brought you to Austin?” is a common conversation starter. For Orlando, it was ballet, a not-so-common response. His journey from Orange County to New York City, South Beach, and Chicago before settling here with Ballet Austin, reflects his unique perspective shaped by the arts, travel, and tireless work.
Orlando had a successful 20-year ballet career prior to transitioning into residential real estate, leveraging his love for houses, knowledge of Austin, problem-solving skills, and his innate ability to build trust. With a strong network in the Austin arts community, his real estate business flourished, tripling his sales in the second year and becoming a multi-million dollar producer by the third year. Orlando prides himself on providing knowledge and support to his clients, serving as a lifelong advisor, and friend. His passion for working with people and building trust mirrors his success in real estate, where he creates incredible success stories and happy endings for his clients at every transaction.
Orlando lives in Austin's East Side with his husband, cats, and husky mix, and remains active in the dance community. He is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and the Texas Realtors association.
