Meet Chelsea

A second generation Austinite, Chelsea Black grew up in the Hyde Park district and has a deep appreciation for the neighborhood’s historic homes and heritage businesses. Her fondness of independent music stores while in high school led her to begin a career in customer service in local vinyl and music memorabilia stores. After 10 years of providing e-commerce support and content management, she joined SEED to manage transaction coordination and office operations in 2016. Her expanding role is focused on helping the team of agents achieve the highest results for each of their clients. Chelsea is an alumnus of St. Edward’s University with a degree in Literature. She resides in the North/Central Austin area with her son. Outside of work, she will likely be found gardening or dabbling in paper, fiber, or textile design projects.
