Meet Tammy
Patient. Insightful. Tireless.
After having lived in far away cities and traveled to far away places for most of her young adulthood, Tammy relocated with her husband to Austin, Texas in 2004 to “settle down”. Drawn by the city’s easy ebb and flow, its cool and friendly people, and its lively cultural scene, it was easy to make Austin her home.
Tammy began her real estate career in 2007, and in 2009, she joined Austin Realty as a sales associate before advancing to a broker associate in 2011. Her real estate career quickly took root, selling several million dollars worth of real estate during her first year at Realty Austin. Tammy founded SEED Property Group in 2016 on the principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity, and has built SEED into a top 1% Austin real estate team. By 2023, Tammy marked her most successful year, with total property sales surpassing 300 and exceeding $180 million in real estate transactions throughout her career. Her business continues to thrive primarily through referrals and repeat clients year-after-year.
Tammy enjoys living in central Austin’s Hyde Park neighborhood with her family where she and her husband actively invest in Austin’s real estate market as owners of multiple rental properties. Tammy is an active supporter and contributor to various local non-profits, vested in positive outcomes in her community, including Breakthrough and Foundation Communities. She is also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors®, the Women's Council of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
